Is there anything to install?
No. RemindlyHQ is completely cloud-based. You can access your dashboard from any web browser on your computer, tablet, or phone.
How do I pay for a RemindlyHQ subscription?
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Paddle, our merchant of record.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If a paid subscription expires, your account gracefully downgrades to the free Starter plan. You will not lose your data, but active reminders exceeding the free limit will be paused until you upgrade.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from the billing dashboard.
